Dr. Light should be playable in Megaman 10

You start out with Dr. Light and 5 metools, which you should immediately send to harvest the nearest resources. With those resources you can build more metools, so you can get even more resources. Eventually you will be able to build machines that mass produce sniper joes, which you can send on suicide missions to disrupt Dr. Wily's workers, and slow down his economy. Late game, you will be able to design your own robot masters, and lay waste to Dr. Wily's castle.

Through proper micro management, you can beat Dr. Wily at his own game.
