IS WILY GERMAN OR NOT?! THIS BUGS THE HELL OUT OF ME!
If Wily were a real German, he'd have known that "ZEE UPPERCUT!!" T-SHIRT IS ZEE ANSWEEER!!, and the whole dominating the world to solve his problems thing would have been avoided.

All I know is that Scott McNeil is the only man who should be allowed to voice Dr. Wily.  Ever.

He betrays Dr. Light's trust by doing that. Thus, he betrays Dr. Light

You kinda don't feel betrayed when a person is your eternal second-best rival that was exiled from the scientific community years ago.

Wily was tired of living in Dr. Light's gluttonous, douche shadow.  Rightfully so, too!  He didn't betray Light.  He valiantly, dare I say, HEROICALLY, casted off his shackles and asserted himself to his rightful place, going so far as to bring order to a world of chaos!
I've always agreed with PB on this. 8D

that was in 8 wasn't it?  I liked Wily's voice in Megaman 8. I liked everyones voice in 8.
except for maybe Elmer Light. hunting fo wiwy.

It was in X4 where the shitstorm starts.

Wait, who were you again? 8D
Yes seriously. I think the voice for classic Megaman. Hes a little prepubecent boy. therefore, he has a sharp, slightly effaminate voice. that sounds like a little kid.
Wily wasnt bad either.
THE WORLD IS MINE!

Blues sounded alright too.

in fact, the only screwy one was Light.

Hes a little prepubecent girl.

fixed. Roll sounded more like a boy than Mega Man did.

and Duo sounded [tornado fang]ing retarded, and that's not because of the bad acting.

I didnt mind Duos voice. haha Zero...
If he had acted better, it wouldnt have been bad. the were good for what they were. and they fit in  MUCH more than they fit in X4, and thats a fact. Bass' voice wasnt bad IMO either.

MegaMan blew, ProtoMan was cool, Wily was cool, the bosses were funny, the rest were so-so.

Mm... A little.
Sigma was not bad either IMO.
I rather liked X4's too, if not for X...

Stop necroposting.
Also, Wily never betrayed Light because he never worked with him.

Because Light was evil incarnate. WILY TRIED TO SAVE US ALL.

Oh yeah, Flame. Can you take (or someone) that pic of the noble Wily with Bass and make it avatar size?

Not the Light bit, he can stay.

EDIT: Did it myself with paint and uploaded to photobucket.

Wily betrayed Light for one reason. It's the logical thing to do when you work for Elmur Fudd!
