  So I was at protodudes rockman corner, and I found this very delightful page.

I read that "Bruce" was what early previews of MM3 called Proto. XD

I remember when "Blues" was pronounced as "Bruce" in the Japanese version of Battle & Chase.

Japanese can't pronounce L correctly.
So, what you heard is what Blues called in Japan.

bu ru - su = ブルース = Blues

I first heard of Rock's bro is Bruce. Also, I like this book. Imagine my little sister read this book. I bet she knows who Megaman is, but don't know Plantman.

Capcom just felt like pronouncing it that way. Look at the anime scenes (specially Rock 8 Ending). ^^; </wii>
