General Excel Saga thread(with biggest approach to the manga). Did you read it? Did you like it? Which is your favorite character?

Also,

JESUS CHRIST, PLEASE SOMEONE TRANSLATE THESE PAGES:

(WARNING! EXTREME [tornado fang]ing SPOILERS FOR THE MANGA)

Of course, a detailed summary of what
Miwa says to Il Palazzo will be good too.
Satoryu

where did you think my Custom Title came from?

haven't read the manga, but i love the anime. a hyper hilarity classic.

for favorite character, its a tossup between Il Plazzo and Hyatt.

What happens in Vegas stays on Youtube. I also stream on Twitch from time to time.

Nekomata

it's probably sad that the only real reason i say no to the dub is due to the fact the only man that can voice nabeshin, IS nabeshin. <<;

Indeed. Anime is a classic, however manga is very superior. Also, it has quite interesting plot(Altough it progresses frickin' slowly).

My favorite characters are Miwa, Umi, Shiouji, Kabapu, Il Palazzo, Misaki and Elgala. An Excel is fine too. : D There's no real ranking here.

Holy [parasitic bomb], I actually made an Excel Saga thread with almost no replies. WOOOHOOO!

So anyway... recent developments in the manga (japanese version) have given me enough fuel, to try and interest you people in this mango.
Of course, to read it... you have to buy it.
Yes, I know it's a scary concept.
BUT... I'll be kind, and if anyone is interested in seeing what the manga is like (for example, people who only watched the anime) I can offer some scans from the volumes I actually own. Just name your character(s), and I'll try to deliever.

ps: there's no nabeshin, pedro or will of the macrocosmos so don't even ask about them or I'll punch you through the internet. kthx.

Excel, please. f^_^;

That reminds me, I gotta get back to watching this series. It'll be a nice time killer until the next Panty & Stocking episode comes up, not to go off topic.

-EDIT-
And Il Plazzo, too!

Oh $@^#! You just reminded me to continue watch where I left off with the anime version. :O
*making PM requests now for the manga*

Hiryu

I saw the images you posted on the first post, which I don't recall that being in the anime. How much different is it compared to the anime?

A lot.
For one, the humor does not rely on shitty anime references and LOLRANDUMB. At first it mostly focuses on parody of life in Japan, and its hardships, though frankly most of the stuff that happens in it, can be easily applied to anywhere in the world.
The first four volumes are the weakest and contain things they adapted into anime (not all of them though, and they are better here), but still have some priceless moments. [parasitic bomb] however starts to get really awesome with volume 8, and then moving further and further up the volume count it gets better and better.

Oh... and it has ACTUALLY a PLOT, and quite surprisingly its interesting too. But it REALLY starts to develop after volume 8.

I say, if you want to give it a read, then PM me.

Cheers.
