Was it the right one? ( if not.... its gonna be a pain to tell my parents... )
And is that the jap. one? it never showed boxing
But it did say EXE not Battle Network so i guess so
And Japanese Yahoo?

Yea the light-blue thingy at the top is the Rockman version. ^^

You bid on an item and hope you win it.

But if you don't live in Japan, you have to register to some special services that help you bid for these items, like Rinkya or Japan Auction Center. These services will bid on the items for you, with a little extra cost though. Rinkya accept credit cards and JAC accepts paypal. o.o;

You're not supposed to register on Yahoo, you should use Rinkya or JAC, then you have to use their service to buy things.

You copy the address of the yahoo products and then paste them on those 2 services. Those 2 sites are English.

Well, I wish you luck in actually getting your merchandise from Toys N Joys, as they aren't the most reputable online store in the world. As it is, I'm on my second month waiting for items from them and have had pretty cruddy customer service, as many before me have attested. I guarantee you will be waiting much past your birthday to actually see it arrive, 3 weeks at the earliest.  :\

As far as finding a Starman chip, your best bet is to email FlashMan. He's the resident chip seller in the community. Granted you say your parents will only buy from a company, but he is a trusted dealer in Rockman merchandise and an eBay seller with a great reputation. If they're willing to buy from eBay for you, I would assume they might OK buying it from him. And then you don't have to deal with overseas auctions.

As coincidence and luck would have it, I just bought the alternate green StarMan Navi Data chip from him a couple days ago to officially complete my Advanced Navi Data set. And I know from asking about his inventory that he does have the regular yellow one in stock, the version Vixy showed you that comes in the box set. Assuming he hasn't sold it to anyone else yet, I think I'm safe to assume it would set you back between $7-15. If you are determined to get Starry, it's your best and fastest option available. Just be sure to politely inquire about what you are looking for (if you really want to get specific, it's Advanced ND Chip #326) and he'll get back to you with his pricing quote.
