According to the blog date, this was posted tonight. Not sure how long its been there, but I'm sure am putting it on my iphone, just ebcause I'm a big megaman fan! :D

The controls seem to look like that of the arcades. Joystick on the bottom left, and jump/shoot buttons on the bottom right.
Haven't played it on my iphone yet, I just saw this a few minutes ago. But at least my iphone user background picture says it all!

I heard the controllers suck and that Megaman is much more floatier when he jumps in this version =/

My life is currently bears and Jojos and everything is great.

Yea, I tried it, and it seems like a port of the original cell phone version (where megaman seemed floaty), except that the border looks like an arcade cabinet, and it has controls.
Considering that the controls are touch based, it IS hard to control megaman. There were even times where I didn't think I moved him, just a very light touch seemed to make the controls move. Like he always wanted to move left instead of the right way, and jump/fire at the same time, i donno. Maybe it was the way I was holding my iphone when I was playing it.
It does have sound effects & music though. ;)

If I want portability, I use PocketNES on the GBA/NDS. ^^

nesDS for me. 8)  Don't need to stretch the screen that way, just some minor cropping.

I did mean pretty much any emulator, PocketNES or nesDS doesn't matter.
I had my own splash screen for PocketNES too. ^.^
