I've done this on another forum and we had a great time. This is a series of challenges/achievements that we all create on the fly. Any RPM member can create the challenges and everyone can keep track of their progress.
Here's how this works:
1. Someone will post a Round of 6 challenges from one or various games. The challenges don't have to be extremely tough or long, just interesting and that take
some effort to complete. Preferably, the chosen games should be widely known, or at least easily available in some way (wink, nudge).
2. We all work on these 6 challenges together (except the current Round Master). The Round is over when all 6 challenges are completed at least once. It doesn't matter who completes which challenge, as long as each challenge on the list is completed at least once. You cannot beat challenges of previous Rounds.
3. You beat a challenge, you post about it here ("Challenge 1-1 done, it was so hard OMG BlogFAQs"). No proof necessary, this is just for fun, but a pic or vid would be nice for others to see.
4. You can make your own editable post here to keep track of the challenges you've done, kinda like the
Digital Distribution Thread. Keep in mind that this not necessarily a competition, because not everyone will have access to every game on the list. It's just a suggestion for keeping track of your completed challenges.

Example of a challenge list:
Round 11-1. Mega Man 9 --
Blast du JourBeat Galaxy Man's level on Time Attack mode using only ONE boss weapon of your choice. You cannot use the buster or Rush.
1-2. The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time --
Lon Lon LoveStart a new file. In less than 20 minutes, fill two Empty Bottles with delicious Lon Lon Milk. Timer starts when you first gain control of Link.
1-3. Super Mario World --
Vertically ChallengedUnlock the Green Switch Palace as small Mario and without Yoshi. Feel free to use power-ups to reach Donut Plains 2 fast, just make sure you do that level in those conditions.
etc.
You can name your challenges 360/PS3-style if you want. The only requirement is that they follow the 1-1, 1-2 numbering (Round 1 is 1-X, Round 2 is 2-X...). Whoever wants to do the next Round, just say so. I think priority should go to those who haven't been a Round Master yet.
Good idea, bad idea?
We can start this if at least 2 or 3 people are in.
