Bombshell - New game by 3D Realms and Interceptor

So remember that all outta gum website?

Well it doesn't exist anymore.

Instead, it SEEMS like what was going to be Duke Nukem Mass Destruction, has turned into Bombshell. a cyborg chick with a flophawk.

No doubt 3D Realms is pushing back any new Duke game due to their ongoing lawsuit with Gearbox over who owns Duke.

What's interesting though, is that the character of Bombshell is actually based off of a Duke Nukem spin off character that was supposed to appear in Forever, and get her own launch if she was popular. She was eventually cut and never really spoken of again, but well, here she is.

One can only imagine that if they win that lawsuit they will likely cross the two over and put them in the same universe as originally planned, but who knows.

That trailer was ridiculously boring and of course included no game footage.

The screenshots look like it's some kind of top down shooter? That catches my interest.
