Dr. Wily, after 10 years of jail, has been released from jail and is now working peacefully with Dr. Light.
All seems well, until one day...
Dr. Wily spills a green chemical! His skin turns green and scaly, and he becomes an evil mastermind once again - Vespar! It's up to Mega Man to save the day!

Ye might want to give us details on your RMs and WBs first, that way we can produce sprites to your liking.
