What you published made a bunch of sense. However, what about this? what if you wrote a catchier post title? I mean, I don't want to tell you how to run your website, however suppose you added something that makes people want more? I mean The Impact of Elearning on Business Productivity is a little plain. You could glance at Yahoo's front page and see how they create news titles to get people interested. You might add a related video or a pic or two to get readers excited about what you've written. Just my opinion, it might make your website a little bit more interesting.
