Escape from area M

I had a thought one day that I would make a challenge on Rockman Zx.

So here's a challenge ( that i completed myself   ).

Going from the area M-3 transerver all the way out of area M to the area A transerver IN Hu FORM (unless you have to(like the eagle thingy)) only 1 half-full sub-tank is allowed as a healing item.
Normal mode only (you'll know *COUGHspikesCOUGH*)

Been there, done that, you'll need to Rock On once outside A-4 cavern (wall is too high to jump on).

Doable...now beat the game while holding your DS upside down.
