That was at 3 AM, that's too early for even a babby like Sparky.

The only reason there isn't discussion is because the people that go there probably just have it set to auto join or don't care enough. New people would be reason enough to talk.

The most activity I see is late at night, when it's daytime for the Doc.

I don't think it really matters what time it is for the Doc because he's either ALWAYS SLEEPING OR ALWAYS AWAY.

So, there are two (or more) IRC topics, but I don't feel like reanimating them to life.
Does no one on RPM use IRC? It's the same collection of regulars that come in and either idle, or talk about [acid burst] boring stuff like Sparky's lack of a life.
