Sorry, but I'm not telling until I can confirm if I'm the only, or just another one that found it. In fact, I purposely add the Zero bug in to confuse ppl, you have to understand, having the possibility of knowing a bug no one in the world (or at least this side of the pond) knows is very exciting, so I don't want to risk it, at least for now.

copy dmg was my standard serchsoul chip since i started playing the game, so i guess it just past me, in fact, i added the mrkcanon to get searchsoul faster, and to have an attack chip if i ever saacrificed copydmg, but your rigth, ill better adding another mrkcanon, also i would like to add a grabbnsh just in case.
Im aware of the airshoes/floatshoes, thats why i didnt add any chip that destroys panels , it will be more esy to lock your opponent, but it will be useless, should i econter a experienced player.
I think ill replace the darksword with thunders and see what happens.

Well, anyway it's worth because it adds to the topic, I made a small video showcasing the folder, but it's played on the GBA, I'll see if I can do another one in the NDS now that I upgraded my pc.

I have a bug in MegaMan X3, and I would like your help (if it's not much trouble), in my twisted and bizarre mind I believe no one in the world (at least pu to my knowledge) has discovered it yet, I have tried to find some one that has found it too, but to not avail, so I want to make sure, so what I need you to do, is to let me know if it's indeed a new bug to you, and if it, please share it so eventually I can confirm or reject my suspicions. I updated the dialog system to grab text from an XML file. Now it will be possible for foreign communities to make their own translation of the game.
Now that's what i call a good programer.
Also i suppose it makes making the dialogues more much easier, might as well try it out in my game.

Ok, so i searched the forum, and didnt find a thread about folder creations, so i dont know why (just in case i went over to the rules to make sure im not doing something bad), so i had a folder that i have been whiping from quite a time now and i want some feedback, but if someone want, they can share theirs.
So, let me begin with my, FolDelSol, that's right, a folder that uses only GundelSol's, and not for the pile driver advance.
I make this folder for the first time for the BN 5 DS, but im working on BN4 & BN6 versions, but the one that works best is the BN5 version, mainly because it has Django navy chips.
The folder is yet under contruction (im missing some chip codes), but i have tested it with a friend several times and im pretty sure to where i wanna go with this folder, my dream is that it could become one of the renowned folders on some FAQ T_T. So, i will post the folder exactly as i have it right now.
The folder - TAIYOOOHHH!!!
Folder set up:
First of all, since its for the DS version, the use of SolCross is somewhat mandatory (to stay on theme), and also because it will save you the trouble to put suprarmr in the navicust.
Second, you HAVE to be pluged in from an outside location (Ej.- End town Statue), so the GunDelSolĀ“s do their best damage.
Third, a MegFolder+ is mandatory, because SolCross has the same bug that BassCross (MegFolder-2)

So, the objective here is column lock your opponent to make sure the GunDelSol wont miss, every one can do a max dmg of 480, which is awesome for a standard chip, the cool thing about GunDelSol is that is ultra piercing, the ONLY thing that'll save your opponent is using a timpani, but it can be destroyed quite easily, so it leaves only to stop your opponent from moving, im currently researching in the use of thunders, but im unsure if the time they freeze is enoguh for the use of the GunDelSol.
The rockcubes and fans are for more locking, there are several ways to prevent your opponent from moving, the only requirement is that it be a column lock.
The Djangos are ther for use with the Phoenix, preferably in sequence, like this, Django, DjangoSP, (maybe here a Blinder D, currently researching), and then DethPhnx. DjangoSp can be powered up by leaving him on your custom a number of turns, to a maximum of 250, so this combo can add up to 620 + the times phoenix hits, again, your opponent has no escape, and hell have to take all the damage no matter what he does (well, unless he deletes you in middle of the chain ).
The GunDelSolEX is for stay on theme, but the code is a problem, BUT, since its ultra piercing and only needs one areagrab to not miss, i think ist worth the trouble.
You can also do the 2 Areagrabs+Darkcircle combo for a nice 1200 damage if your opponent is in the middle row. (and get one more shuffle yay!)
DarkSword is backup damage and northwind is to get rid of Lifeaura.
Im thinking of replacing the recovery's for airshots to place the rockcubes easier
Everything else is pretty self explanatory.
Cons:
Your guns will be useless until you stop your opponents

I CANT believe no one (except one) mentioned SearchSoul! what?, so every one here has a Yugi-like luck to draw just the chips you want all the time?
For me i prefer usefulness over coolness so i go for searchsoul (4-5)
BN6 All crosses suck, i dont like having elemental weakness, plus i want my fullsyncro, thankyou very much

yeah thare are more that i forgot to mention (i not a very organized person ), like tha ladder, for example, and that sometimes the bullets got past enemies if you shot at them too fast, other is that if you enter the door doing a backdash you will get pushed the opposite way (i havent be able to fix this, i tried i swear), what more?....oh the buster with zero is alittle buggy, some times you try to charge the buster but instead it shows the charge animation for the sword and you dont shot anything, or sometimes you shot just a pellet... maybe i should just leave the sword charge...
there are plenty, but those are bugs caused by the new things im adding, at least the basics moves are done (i think?)...

Sometimes the menu locks and can only be accessed with zero
If you try to customize the change player button or the change subweapon button you cannot change any other thing on that screen.
Zero dashslash doesnt damage enemies

- Added a water area, with working water physics and graphic effects (no sound effects yet)

- the menu is working now access it with ESC or ENTER
- Added another capsule for X, this one contains a foot upgrade thatll let you do a backdask by pressing dash+down

I think the main reason above all is its difficulty, most people dont enjoy a game if it beats the [parasitic bomb] out of them.
The game its ok but i think X5 has a better story (in fact the best ending of all megaman games).
Personally my favorite X game is X3 .

The attacks, particular for Zero, aren't very responsive at all.Mmm im guessing you mean with zero, but, i couldnt reproduce that bug, are you using flsh player 10? maybe if you have a older version it makes some of the code to run bad...
I also noticed if you press or hold up during a dash jump, that'll let you air dash again. Not sure if thats intentional or not.

Hi, just wanted to show you a little game idea i had the other day while i was watching JBK videos, the current version is still too raw, i have implemented many things but i have yet to start program enemies and such, right now im focusing on the basic moves and states.
This is what you can expect in this version:
shot (in all of X basic positions:standingm running,dashing,jumping,while in ladder, while grabing the wall and crouching and even shooting up!!!)
charge shot (up to 3 levels) no sprite armor yet
change player (you can switch to zero by pressing num pad 5) X is the most completed yet because he has way more states than zero, but you can still play with him, i have only implemented a basic ground combo, air slash and a slash while sliding down walls
the life bar is working but there arent any enemies yet, you can also die if you fall into a pit fall
intro stage from x1 and chill penguin (if the background stops that means there are inst more floor)
the default controls are
