Man why are all the old FF games on Steam either ports of ports (FF3 & FF4 being ports of the android versions which are ports of the DS versions) shitty mobile ports (FF5 & FF6) literally dumping ancient PC ports in a manner that makes them compatible with modern PCs (FF7 & FF8) or just really lazily tossing up minimally optimized console ports (FF13 Trilogy).

I guess they don't really need effort to toss those up and have them sell but [parasitic bomb]. I fear for when they put up X/X-2 HD.

I don't know man but other than some cut scene hicupps during the Cagnazzo death scene and the credits music cutting out halfway through the PC port of 4 is pretty fine. But yeah I'm not getting FF5 or 6 because of said mobile ports, which I just find insulting to my favorite games in the series, I don't really like 8, not interested in 13 and I'm thinking of waiting to get the remake of 7 later. I'll get 3 and 4 eventually, but not the After Years because that 3D version is pretty damn butchered compared to the original.

Nah a stuff Giraffe from Kohl's from their Kohl's cares event. Besides having a real Giraffe in the middle of the apartment parking lot would be awkward as hell and very expensive. I got a Panda there for myself last week too, because I like pandas.

Probably depends what kind. Oil-based stuff (like this useless tub of cocoa butter) doesn't work for me but water-based stuff is better for me.

Question: I'm trying to get into Ghost in the Shell. Someone wanna give me a rough watch order/should I watch the original GITS or 2.0/general recommendations.

Also, dub or sub?

My friend tells me I should just start with Stand Alone Complex and then catch up with the others.

I very much love the Stand Alone Complex shows. I'm also a fan of the movies as well. Haven't seen the newer ones yet. Soundtracks to SAC series are reaaaaaally good.

Yeah, seems that way so far. I asked another friend and they suggested I just watch SAC then catch up on the rest. I personally checked both voices and I actually prefer the dub too.

I'm about halfway through EP1 and I'm hooked lol. Can't believe I disliked this show before. Then again, I was 13 last I watched and I was all about DEM ANIME TIDDIES and nothing else.

I haven't watched the 2.0 version of the movie but I hear that it's not as good as the original from some of my friends on Xbox Live that watched it. The dubbing from the movie and SAC is pretty good.

It's very talky for an anime, so yeah 13 year old you probably didn't like it that much!
