I think the clothing is pretty pirate-y. The boots and the bandana work well. I would just add some more, like a long pirate coat or perhaps a classic pirate hat.

Lou and I thought about a Hanukkah Valkyrie. Haha, an armored clad girl with a giant Flaming Menora Broadsword!  

I think it's the color scheme that bothers me the most, then again Easter colors and Pirates don't exactly mix.  And yes she needs that pirate hat and coat.
