You know, I never knew why you could change your username.

Also, kudos for the "don't fear the reaper" reference.

Reminder that today's the last day to get any coins for Club Nintendo.

Tomorrow they should be putting out the Platinum and Gold Rewards.

I'll probably get Tropical Freeze.

Do you happen to know if it's co-op?

EDIT: Nevermind, just found out it is.

N64 and DS games on Wii U VC. Lots of options for both. DS has multiple arrangements all on gamepad and other fun stuff.

DK64 AHHHHHHHH.

$9.99 - $11.99 for N64, $2 for discount. $6.99- $9.99 for DS. SM64 and Yoshi's Island DS immediately after the direct.

Wario Ware Touched, Yoshi Touch & Go, Mario Kart DS,  DK64, Paper Mario all planned in the coming weeks.

Another interesting thing, like GBA games N64 games include the original Manual, accessible by hitting ZL on the VC Menu.

You know, if I knew up front that SM64 was coming to WiiU VC proper, I might have reconsidered how I spent my coins.

Eh...I'd honestly prefer if they put SM64DS up there and mapped the touch screen control back to the left stick.  That would be perfection, even if low res.

Club Nintendo elite rewards are out.
Once I made my decision it took me about two days to actually be able to redeem it.  Gotta love how finicky the Club Nintendo site is, but it seems to be behaving better this morning.

So, off to download Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze.  ...according to the eShop it's in the neighborhood of 11GB.  Had to wipe out demo/video crap I wasn't using to make room.  If the DLC updates for Smash/MK8 get much bigger than 3 Gigs, I'll likely have to look into a hard drive (and a better surge protector, for that matter).

Also on DeviantArt, Rumble, DLive.tv, and the Fediverse (@freespeechextremist.com and @bae.st)

MM&B, Zero 2, BN3 and BN4 (Both versions of each) are due out sometime in the future according to Nintendo's website.

Curious how they'll allow people to get 100%, just give people all the other version chips by trying to use the network, like MMBN2 did with its secret chips?

If it means not having to do the multiple plays with transferred Soul Data in BN4, then sure

I guess all I can really say is it isn't exactly what I'd expect out of a $4.4M game

It doesn't even have mouth animations

Humble Store is having a spring sale. Pretty standard fair with daily deals etc. Of particular note right now is System Shock 2 for a meagre $0.99

Some of the other stuff I'm seeing that aren't going as cheap as System Shock 2 but might be worth picking up are Super Time Force Ultra ($6.74), RPG Maker VX Ace ($10.49), Guacamelee Blah-blah-blah Edition ($3.74), Doom Classic Complete ($8.99 for all of the "classic" Doom games), and Rogue Legacy ($2.99). Too bad my family doesn't have any money to spend.

BN3 White and Blue came out yesterday on the Wii U VC.

Since trading and [parasitic bomb] is all gone, using Comm. will give you chips you otherwise would be unable to obtain.

In this case, on Blue you'll net Punk, Mistman V1-V4, Bass GS and DeltaRay.

I dunno what you'd get in white, probably Bowlman V1-V4, normal Bass and whatever other chip was in there.

That's 5 Megachips (4 in white because no Punk) and two Gigachips.

Presumably BN4-6 will net you ALL of the other version's navi chips. of course no Gigachips/Styles/Souls/Crosses from the other version but lets be honest that was never going to happen.

Should I delete the first Shantae game off my 3DS? It kind of bored me to death and the combat is not that great.
