Ugh...umm...really haven't tought about it.
I was thinking of throwing snowballs and rolling them towards Megaman.
Turn the boss room into a snow ball fight. Roar!

Wait, how do you switch weapons anyway in that game? I've been trying to figure out that for awhile.

Ah, made a comment when i removed it.
Just set the key for it. The game uses 3 buttons. Change Weapon, Jump and Shoot. I used the Kawaks emulator.
The video didn't work correctly so i re-saved it and uploading a new one.

"sigh" If only i could program stages, add enemies...alas most i can do is mock up stages.

This is a part of Snow Man's stage. Wondering over that thing on the left? Frozen Tree.
Also, as a bonus, rushed Snow Man 16 bit. I got tired, it was late... ill clean it up later.

Bass's fins are too big and the feet of his human form it's bad placed.

Is fin's are the near perfect size. Have you ever compared the 8-32 bit versions?
And also the human form as jeans, that's why the feets may look out of place because of the shade work for clothing.
Also , it is a clear edit of Vent's human form. So, let's say your right, then what should i do to fix it? Move feets 2 pixels left? Make is fin upper part and right smaller?

Don't just say: This looks bad
Say HOW to fix it, or a recommendation on how to fix it.

 The shading on Cut Man's feet still looks weird...wait a sec. Since when do you repair others sprites? O.o

Bit bored. Tried some effects in Paint.Net, made a Sakura Leic sprite in my style.
Ima tinker a bit more, been a while since i sprited.
