That's one hell of a claim. It sounds more like a fan's dream.

But if this does turn out to be true, I pray to God SFIV' isn't a new retail game. In this day and age, new characters for a fighting game should only be DLC.

I doubt that. The character designer of the Alpha series cast still holds all the rights. His characters in a new game would mean he returned to Capcom. That would be awesome, but unlikely.

I'm not sure if that's and R or jus the style of the font (and I guess it wouldn't matter x3) but Juli was a Cammy clone I believe. Since she has a new look, maybe that means she'll have more of her own style now, if it's her ^^
