I found another Rockman 2 hack being made:

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xokxWhtGD_c&feature=channel

I'm loving some of the music being used in it. The second video has 8 Bit renditions of Flame Mammoth and Wire Sponge! I hope someone rips the soundtrack from this hack some day. :)

Speaking of which, has anyone ripped the music from that new Rockman 5 rom hack, Dr. Wily's Dream Space?

I don't think this has been mentioned yet.

This is kujakiller's Mega Man 3 hack. Looks pretty damn impressive so far. I wonder if it'll have new music.

I got MM2-MM6 from my cousins a long time ago. My friend has MM1 but he won't let me buy it off him. :(

Oh well, the MMAC is still good, even though the Game Cube version removed the remixed music...

Well, I have been keeping an eye on your stuff for a while. You are improving. So kudos for you on that.

As for the drawing you posted up, Ami's clenched hand looks kinda weird. It looks small and squished. Have you ever tried using your own self as a reference? For example, using your own hand for reference while that drawing? Just curious. Doing that might help you out a bit in the future.

That's looking pretty good. It's much better than the first version. My only gripe is the buster. It looks really small. Shouldn't it be a bit bigger?

Call me extremely pessimistic, but I doubt we'll ever see that Stencyl program. Programs like that never see the light of day. These programs seem too good to be true and they have a tendency to stay in Developers' Limbo. Kinda like Duke Nukem Forever.

Uh, no.

I've worked on some stuff for my mod and posted two videos, but only one person commented on one of them so far, but whatever.

EDIT: Oh yeah, you might also want to consider the fact that everyone else might be working on their own mods at the moment.

Can you tell which clip you made exactly? Hard to tell which would be the one by you.   ;)

Oh yeah, it's the clip between Eddache's and Hokey-Mokey's movie. It has Snake and Meryl walking for a bit and then Snake punches Meryl because he thought he saw a spider and then he gets shot.

Hey, I've seen some of your stuff on Newgrounds. Pretty amusing. I've done a few Flash movies myself for a few years (since 2005), unfortunately, I haven't made one in quite a while. The last one I did was that cheesy short clip for that Metal Gear Collab. I think it was in Part 2.

Here's a new video showing off the bosses I replaced for my mod. They're from Metal Gear Solid 3 and Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops. It also shows off the completed sprites for the Falcon Armor and Nel Zelpher. I was kinda sloppy during a couple of the boss fights.

Here's my little side project that I did for this game. Rockman and Blues are replaced with The Boss and Ocelot from MGS3 respectively.

I found this interesting take on Can't Defeat Airman. It was originally uploaded on Nico Video according to the information box.

I really don't get how most of you actually liked the music in that MegaMan 10 fangame. It was really annoying and irritating. It sounded even worse than the music from MM2 for the Game Boy.

The game itself looks impressive. The level graphics looked pretty neat as do most of the cutscene graphics. The only thing that bugs me is that Weapon Get graphic. It looks really weird to me, especially the leg that's supposed to be sticking out closest to the camera.

Really? I was never aware of this. I only know of people changing the tile graphics and that's about it.

I kinda doubt that would work, but it's worth a try, I guess.

So I messed around a little bit with the map editor following that partially translated picture someone (I don't remember who unfortunately) posted on this site and I found out some interesting things. However, I probably should warn you guys ahead of time that I still have trouble trying to figure this stuff around so some of the new information might be incorrect. Make sure you guys back up the levels before you edit them.

Anyways, first, you know that box with those 5 check boxes? I figured out what most of them do. The first two check boxes disable/enable the front/first and back/second layers views and the third check box enables/disables the tile type views. The fourth checkbox enables/disables a grid (I just forgot to label that on my diagram). I don't know what the last tile types does.

Second, there's a way to get rid of/change the different tile types that are on the map. I still don't know what all the tile types are, but there's a ladder tile type (it's that orange ladder looking one), the spike tile type (it's that orange tile with the giant black blotchy thing in the middle of it), and the delete tile type (it's the light blue tile with nothing on it. I'm assuming the snow looking tile type is for slippery surfaces. Basically, you click on the third selection and then enable the third check box and you'll be able to mess around with the tile types. I still haven't really gotten the hang of it though and I usually end up deleting some other random stuff...

Lastly, there's that area with the 4 boxes right underneath where you enable/disable the add/delete tile types thing. All that does is it lets you move the level camera around. I can't really explain it any other way.

That's all I was able to figure out. I managed to successfully change some parts of the first Wily stage and Slash Man stage. I still have no idea how to add enemies or even enable how to view them in the editor.

Pretty neat screenshots. I especially like that Treble Jet. Have you done anything for the Super Adapter yet?

I've done a couple of stuff with my mod. I finally got around to changing Shade Man and Spring Man into The Sorrow and The Fear respectively. I also did some extra stuff on the side, but I want to show a video of it. Unfortunately, Camtasia seemed to have died on me or something. I don't know why, but I can't save the recordings as AVI's anymore :(. Does anyone have any suggestions to other video recording programs? I already tried GameCam and HyperCam, but those lag the games I play up like crazy and the video turns out ass-ugly.

Pretty neat. I actually used Ryu's theme for Cloud Man, then replaced it with Tornado Man's theme.

It's too bad about the quality of the video.

You should probably simplify the background.

I'm gonna have to agree with him on that. It's a bit distracting and it kinda hurts my eyes.

I think I should stop trying to find a free Audio to Midi Converter. Last one Gave my Computer A Spambot.

Oh man, that sucks. You know, you could always try using some of other pttunes from some of the other Rockman games. I think there was a download link to them somewhere in the Rockman 8 FC thread. I used a whole bunch of them already. :)
