EDIT: wait, do you have to Forward Medium, or just Block?

Forward+Medium.  It's kinda hard to time if you're under lag, in which case your friendly neighborhood charge shot should work fine.

One thing I should note about the LAN Adapter is that it shines better when both players have one.  You could have the best connection in the world, but if you're fighting some guy with a terrible setup then you'll be dragged down to his level.  I just played a few matches which ranged from amazing to unbelievably slow.

I just pull the Shield Arm on the Zero spammers.  I love how they just stop and go "wat" after they get hit with their own wave.  Charge Shot works wonders too.

I just recently completed a run of the bosses in Megaman Legends 2.  Here were the conditions:

-No Damage
-Very Hard Mode
-Customized BGM  8)

IMO Rush Mamoo was the hardest one to go against, as taking on that monster without at an offensive weapon is a nightmare.  Yes, he's even worse than Sera.  Enjoy!

Back when I played more Aqua and I have had some pretty crazy matches and lag has never been much of an issue.

You what's so funny about this post?  I didn't even have a LAN Adapter back then! XD  Shoot, we'd have flawless matches now!

Never liked multiform Ryu, he was just a weakened version of all 3.

He wasn't bad, though, and he functioned as a nice compromise for having all 3.  I've seen guys chain into the form switch and then into something like Shoryureppa.  I'd say Ryu was weakened moreso by MvC1's changes than being terrible himself.  In MSHvSF he could chain his Shinkuu Hadouken off of any air move, and he could even air-throw into it in XvSF.  Ken has quite a few tools himself, such as OTG follow-ups and good, linkable supers.  The Shotos all suffered in the 2D vs series due to their lack of range, though.  Pretty much everyone else had longer limbs and getting in with crouching LK wasn't really an option.  Thankfully he got better in TvC and presumably MvC3 as well.

The LAN Adapter uses Wired over Wi-fi, so the connection's practically lagless, especially if both players are using one!

The problem here is that Capsule Computers kept using the SAME Reps for the series.
Am I the only one who wants to see Ken Masters back in a crossover again?  They started this trend in Capcom Fighting Evolution and he hasn't been in one since.  Shoot, they could even pull a MvC1 and have a multi-formed Ryu.

Felt like bumping this for a couple of reasons.  First off, was anyone aware that the Training Stage boasts cheesy rap lyrics in the JP version?  It's so bad it's good!

Also, I created a video guide to Megaman Volnutt.  He's not the easiest guy to pick up, so this should help quite a bit.

Yeah, throwing makes MML2 a LOT easier to go through, S-License included.  Especially on Very Hard mode where the enemies' HP is severely buffed.

You know, those Battle Items such as X Attack, X Defend, X Speed, etc.  Pretty much gives you a +1 boost that lasts for the duration of the battle.  Used correctly they can be downright lethal when fighting Gym Leaders.  Come to think of it, Gym Leaders used to use them as well.  Wonder why they stopped...

Awesomeness!  The only problem is this is going to REALLY tempt me to not heal my Pokemon.
Lately, I've learned to use those handy-yet-underused X-items in Gym Leader/E4 battles.  It's easy to predict a Full Restore use, so just ramp up your attack/speed and prepare to sweep!  I pulled this over on Red in SS and tore through him.  From what I can tell, the new low health theme just gives me further incentive to use them!

That said, as much as I like the music I think there should be an off switch.  It's so painful when I have 2 tabs open. :/

Personally, I have no qualms whatsoever with them pushing for more modesty with the characters (I'd actually encourage it).  It wouldn't hurt for them to actually put some effort into it, though.

I thought the special stages were super easy for the most part.  Just aim correctly and mash 'B'!  Also, Mystic Mansion's theme was amazing!
