Castlevania: Order of Ecclesia
So far it's fun. I liked the water level. I just watched the trailer and it looks like I'm gonna love the heck out of this thing.

Besides my current obsession with Shin Megami Tensei Online, I finally managed to get my filthy little hands on a doujin jewel called ElePaper Action. Amazing 2D game, albeit I have to admit I can't play the sisters to save my life.

So far I've gotten as far as level 4 with Yomiko, until the aerial level raped me with bullet hell (in my defense, I was, and still am, half asleep due to recent sleep disorders). I'll go back to it soonish, since the game saves as checkpoints the start of every level, allowing you to continue playing the last level you played or died at.

...on...my CELL PHONE?! The controls are wonky, and the disappearing platforms don't exactly do their thing, but it definitely is Mega Man 3.

This is so odd.

I went back to Disgaea 1 after finishing Disgaea 2... it's really hard to pick something up from the middle again after you've been focused on something else for so long. I might start over but I'm halfway through my second cycle.

Is that the easiest way to rack up money? I do need some for health upgrades and moves...

I just beat Stage 3.

BIG time. You can easily get 3-10k if you place the bets right (and that's per race). The guy is next to the shop lady, and the lower the odds, the higher chance of them winning (so pick about the 2nd or 3rd lowest ones and bet 1000 on them). If you win, save, and keep going. If not, then try about two more times and then reload. Do it right, and you should be able to buy out the entire shop in one fell swoop.

I was getting a lot of money at Stage 5, the boat part, because I kept losing to the four-arm demon and ended up taking down the UFO on the boat shooting mini-game a few times...

I entered the place with around 10K an left with over 40K.

How did I trigger the fight against the guy with the guitar? That was great. (Awesome DMC3 reference, by the way...)

Also, Azel is so damn hard. I only survived because they only force you through half of the fight...

I dunno, I just got to stage 4. I know that the Chihuahua races are open after Stage 2 though. Seriously a good place to get cash.

Yeah, I did some chihuahua races, it's pretty easy.

Now I'm at Stage 6. The Stage 5 boss is very frustrating, but also a lot of fun. There seems to be a trend in this game, that if you reach a boss fight without Roulette icons it'll take approximately forever to end...

Also, I found out the bit about the boat: near the end of Stage 5 you'll have to play a shooting mini-game on the boat. You must use the cannon to sink the other boat that passes by. If you don't destroy it in time, the boat will ambush Gene and you'll have to deal with a crapload of enemies including a four-arm demon. If you can get rid of the ship on the mini-game, you'll jump straight to the boss fight.

Punch-Out!! (NES - VC)

Oh. My. God. As a late bloomer into this series, I now know why there is such a huge and rabid fanbase for these games. This [parasitic bomb] is gaming cocaine pure and simple. The rhythm boxing is addictive and excellent.

Needless to say, my frothing demand for Punch-Out Wii has shot up 1000 fold.

God Hand 8-1 is like getting flicked in the ear repeatedly. This is too bleepin' annoying!

I finally managed to beat Tiger Joe, with 5 people left to chase, and a Trident Demon appeared! Haha!

I eventually got out of there safely, but MAN.
