A day early, that is.

I thought I'd try something different from what most other "Happy 22nd" pics I've seen so far: Samus giving Megaman a Varia Suit, or something similar to it. Now all that's left is the helmet, and Mega can hunt down Space Pirates with her. :)

...With any luck, he won't be in space so long that his hair grows past his rump again. XD

Also tried something different with the colouring--I think this style is called "cutting". Incredibly tedious, but worth the result, I think.

Someone get COMODO up and running, ASAP.

(Contrary to fan speculation, Sheepman's stage and the computer stage are not separate.)

One day, I pondered what an enemy composed of light, rather than of darkness, would look like, and made the Ethereals (name subject to change). The birdlike fellow here is the Ethereal equivalent of a Neoshadow.

Sora was unlucky enough to find one. (He's also wearing green because that's one of the few colours he hasn't been) Will the Keyblade be enough to vanquish it?

(Not yet sure to make the Ethereals the products of corruptions within Kingdom Hearts, or the horribly mutilated bodies of humans, with light obscuring the details. The first option sounds better, honestly...)

~LordAizen was most displeased. :C This pic wouldn't have been drawn if I hadn't remembered that bit of amusing fanart depicting her as a roach (Marlu was a flower). Of course, I had to make it into something horrible. Sorry, original artist.

The implication I was going for is that whoever owns the house just discovered Laroach, for that extra hint of squick.

I was saving this set of forms for the holidays. :) Also, this is the second time Jiminy's been featured.

* Wuxa's hair is too pointy for his halo. XD

* Kairi, Riku, and Rock are the Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future/Yet To Come/You're [tornado fang]'d, Scrooge. Rock's outfit was drawn with Noctis's clocksword in mind.

* Roll is a civilian, because I couldn't think of anything else at that point. D:

Seems most everyone prefers him with the TV head.

My attempt at emulating stills from older anime (like, say, Bubblegum Crisis) went well until it came BG time. :( Those were supposed to be clouds; they look more like clouds as viewed through the beginnings of an acid trip.

Whoever Proto's glare is directed at will need reconstructive surgery soon.

MM8 used slightly different character models in its cutscenes than the cover art; I wonder if that decision was deliberately made.

Also, I swear Megaman has bitty boobies in them. I guess the only spare parts on hand were Roll's. XD

Quote
That's how Megaman's slide was described in "The Official Guide to Megaman" (an article on which is available at the Mechanical Maniacs).

One has to wonder how Mega caught up to Hiryu to learn the slide from him in the first place.

Chaos Croc did.

Now to make sure Proto and Samus don't find out about it.

I had fun with this one. :D Slightly fewer powerups on display here because I drew in a smaller space than usual.

Art class(es) stuff:

Quote
One of my projects in Painting II; the nice thing about that class is that said projects are all up to you.

This was a quickie, to be honest; I was short on projects and it was almost Winter Break. ^^;

Saix is about one second away from going full-on Berserk.

Quote
One day in Independent Studies (of Art), I wanted to draw Mario, Megaman, and Madotsuki standing over a gigantic pile of their enemies (not sure if the things in Madotsuki's dreams are really "enemies", except the Toriningen), and this is the result. I needed two Sharpies. >.>

Quote
...didn't scan properly. :(

One of my last Independent Studies projects for that year; it was based on an image from the Bradygames KH2 guide.

Top Circle: The Nobodies, Heartless, and "other enemies". (I dunno if the spiky wheel is originally from KH, but this circle is more or less from the guide, without the flowery stuff on the inside)

Left Circle: "Unknown", the Dis-Souls, and Sora's group.

Right Circle: Radiant Garden (though that's a stretch), The Tune Kingdom, and Disney Castle.

Smaller Circles: The Continued Organization, the Half-Heartless, the Knights (a.k.a. Terra, Aqua, and Ven), and the Unversed. (It looks crappy because it's the first time I've ever drawn it)

I don't like using stencils. D:

Quote
This was originally drawn on Bristol board, but it was too large to scan. Rather than try to piece it together in Photoshop, I just split it in half.

Some other things I've noticed about Megaman Sues: Sometimes they have the VWS, even though only five people (MM, Proto, Bass, X, and Duo) have it canologically. They also have musically-inspired names, which gets awkward when they pick a common one (like, say, Alto).

Quote
And here's the second part/bottom half.

Also, KudosForce asked me to draw this.

Quite a nice implementation of SMB power-ups, on Sonic's part. The Sonic Boo (*insert Sonic CD-related joke here*) is one of my favorites. >w<

Also, being a fan of SMBZ, I like seeing Fire Sonic here.

Quote

This is a pretty good piece, there. On a side note, I thought that Saix was a relative push-over, even when he went berserk.

Quote

Very exquisite (even if I have no clue who the girl is). I noticed that Mega Man's minor enemies are used here, rather than the robot masters.

Quote

Even flawed, this is a decent drawing. I have to wonder why WB is here, though.

Quote

So, this is how you identify Mary/Gary sues in MM, huh? I'll keep that in mind.

That said, your style is nicely implemented, here.

Quote
Also, KudosForce asked me to draw this.

*sees the various sketches* Ah, priceless. XD I have to wonder what Gatuca will think of these...

Nevertheless, I find this decent enough. Thank you for that.  owob

Edit: There. It's fixed.

WB is there because of its role in my barely-started KH fic (not posting any of it 'til it's done).

Also, might want to check your comment; you got your remarks in the quotes.

Well, that makes enough sense to me, then, given the whole multiverse setup.
