Trak and Runaway both jumped back from the tank as the Luvdisc inside scattered. "What was that?"

"Je ne sais," Runaway shrugged. ≪ I don't know.≫

Trak and Runaway walked around the tank and saw Joe plastered against it. "You okay? They don't like it when you tap on the glass, you may want to be careful..."

"Well as long as that man is safe." Norman nodded "You 2 go to Petalburg, I'll go find Professor Birch. Also can one of you go to the house on this address, his daughter is staying there and is worried sick. She would have pretty much take on Team Flora all by herself if she didn't pedal all the way from Littleroot to here. Anyway just tell her that her father is fine and that he'll be back soon."

Norman handed Taylor a piece of paper and went into the woods.

Joe used his right palm to rub against his forehead, as he slowly propped himself up using his left.

After getting back on his feet, he dusted himself, and shook his right fist at the Luvdiscs.

"I'm Trak, just came here from Kalos," Trak nodded, and then she indicated the Alakazam, "and this is Runaway."

"Salut," Runaway gave a quick greeting and returned his attention to the Luvdisc.

"Sure," Trak shrugged. "We were going to find a hotel, as the trip was a bit lengthy, but Runaway keeps looking for ways to put that off. I mean, yeah, back in Kalos, there's a guy who hangs out at the hotels, but he's not around here, I don't think."

Runaway shuddered. "Je n'aime pas Monsieur Bonding..."

The Luvdiscs gawped at Joey, but the look in their beady eyes suggested they were hungry for the flesh of Joe and his high percentile Raticate.

Meanwhile, Mr. Bonding's head poked out from a nearby display. A twisted smirk appeared on his chapped lips.

"Ooooooh, some trainers to bond with."

(Oh boy, more repressed memories!

Which brings me to a scary thought... If an Alakazam remembers everything from birth to death, are they incapable of having repressed memories?)

Trak nodded. "Yeah, he can talk. Only in French, though, and his syntax isn't very good. I ended up learning some French through him, but I'm still looking things up. He's the only one I know who can talk, which flips out other trainers when we battle and Runaway starts shouting at them in French."

"That's kind of fast." Xuangzang stated as Sakura stayed silent drinking a cup of water while trying not to assume the worst.

Wally opened the door to find a girl he didn't know.

"Uhm can I help you?" He asked.
