Being the nostalgic fool I am, I want to buy a Model 1 Sega Genesis (even moreso after hearing about the Model 2's shitty sound.) Apparently, I can buy one for $45 plus shipping from Cash Converters.

On that note, I really wish I could fish out my copies of Sonic 3 and Comix Zone from the basement... but that is impossible at the moment. Bubsy can still remain in that abyss.

Be sure you get one that says High Definition Graphics on it. Those are guaranteed to have the good soundchip. Later model 1s potentially have the shitty model 2 chip.

Comix Zone was great.

I think we had the model 2 Genesis when I was a kid and its sound was fine from what I remember.

In comparison to a Model 1 the sound is literally the worst.

Also, no headphone jack, which means NO STEREO.

There comes that time when I think about the consequences of the events of Chrono Trigger and wonder how the hell Chrono and gang didn't mess something so drastically up until Dalton somehow conqures Guardia with the Porre army.....it gets worse everytime.

I think the bruise has pretty much settled in. It was a surface injury, so the bruising won't be as deep or prominent. I'll try and take a pic of it later.

Good thing it isn't a very noticeable bruise, as I don't want to have to explain what happened. What happened was I was out of practice while shooting arrows and held the bow incorrectly. Basically, stupid me injured self in stupid way because of being stupid.

I hope this isn't the case, but one of the main reasons the Zero Escape games did so poorly in Japan is because the first game was horror/thriller and the series lacked fanservice. Therefore, the general public had no interest.

I'm not really sure though, it's just speculation, however, part of me thinks that the latter may ring true, unfortunately.

It was really good, goofy fun.

I'm well aware of their horny status, but I'm still not sure if it's that important to the point where they outright wouldn't buy the games. Because of them, we'll never get a sequel, and it pisses me off.

And yes, The Lego Movie was great fun. I'm honestly not saying this just because I'm a Batman fan, but Bats was definitely the best part of the movie. I laughed the most during his scenes.

Kudos to Will Arnet, he did an awesome job.

EDIT: Oh wait, it was the armor that made a huge dip in the INT and MND stats, never mind.

For me, Benny the 80's Lego Spaceman was my favorite, because that was pretty much me at 7-8 years old. "WE CAN BUILD A SPACESHIP!" was my Lego motto. Also, I LOVED that they had the crack in his helmet, because every one of those had a crack in the helmet cause they're IMPOSSIBLE to get off without cracking the helmet.
