I await the day stream ads start blasting at thrice the volume of the actual show. Unless it's already too late. I don't watch much shows let alone legally so I've managed to dodge most of that [parasitic bomb] in the first place.

We don't even have Hulu up here but it sounds like minimal loss. Adblock not work with it though?

Actually, they already do blast at a much higher volume than the show. And we had a [tornado fang]ing law enacted to get advertisers to not do that anymore. They still do it online though.

Adblock works. It just makes a page appear that says "We can't show you our ads: Please fix your internet settings so we can show you our ads." Rinse and repeat that same thing 5 times, and they make it last a minute.

I'm suddenly getting flashbacks of TF2 community servers before Valve updated quickplay to basically kill them. I'm not very sorry they did when every [tornado fang]ing server had 30 second unskippable ads blasting at you, some times in the middle of the goddamn game. Video summary.

Now the ads just go anyway. And occasionally they break the player so I have to restart and more ads.

I'm happy I already watched all of Sailor Moon Season 1, good for people who want to be all legal-friendly and stuff but dammit if something's not available in your country by normal means you do what you can otherwise.

I'll admit, what annoys about Hulu isn't so much the ads, but rather the lack of variety, meaning the same ads play over and over again (like Clef stated). So, in that time, I'll either grab a quick snack or browse online briefly before my show comes back on.

And most of the time, the ads only last 30-60 seconds. Although, there have been times where it lasted 90 seconds, which can definitely be annoying.

Overall, I'm fine with Hulu. That being said, I probably wouldn't actually pay for the service myself.

I have a Grateful Dead sleeveless t-shirt I got at a yard sale.  It looks best if I wear a sports bra underneath it, though.

Similar to 'arm warmers'. Most common I've seen it on is any character in a japanese shrine maiden getup. In other words it's very animu.
