And I have started on my epic Masuda quest to get another Shiny Ralts, this time in my OR. The Japanese Ralts shota from my X is now a trap Gardevoir, and is now domineering a loli Ralts from Quickie.

Well you might need to delete some moves until they only inherit the punches, how many Punches do the parents know?

Don't really need to delete moves.
If you send the parents in with both the Punches, and while in the Daycare they learn new moves, the babies would still have both Punches as Egg Moves.

... If I recall correctly the new Egg moves mechanic.

Passing moves down

The moves obtained by a Pokémon when hatching are as follows:

By default, the baby Pokémon will start with any moves that it learns at level 1. (In Generation II and Generation III, they knew all moves that are level 5 and below in their learnset.)
If both parents know a move that the baby can learn via leveling up, the Pokémon will inherit that move.
Prior to Generation VI, if the father knows any TM or HM moves (and in Crystal, Move Tutor moves) that the baby is also compatible with, it will inherit the move. If a genderless Pokémon breeds with Ditto, the resultant baby will inherit any compatible TM or HM moves that the genderless non-Ditto Pokémon parent knows.
If the father or (starting in Generation VI) the mother knows any specific Egg moves that the baby can learn, the baby will inherit the move. If the parents both know different Egg moves, the mother's Egg moves are passed on first, then followed by the father's.
From Pokémon Emerald onward, for a baby Pichu, if either parent is holding a Light Ball, the Pichu will know Volt Tackle. Volt Tackle cannot be passed down as a normal Egg move.

If this would result in the baby possessing more than four moves, the moves take priority in the order listed: Volt Tackle, mother's Egg moves, father's Egg moves, TM and HM moves, inherited level-up moves, baby's default moveset. The moves passed down will be ordered on the baby Pokémon by the priority listed above.

One parent has both Punches and it's the Abra. What I plan to do is get the Eggs in X, since that's where I have it and my Hypno Harem. I want to transfer those two Punches to a Drowzee.

And what I said was based on my previous Shiny Ralts hunt. The Japanese Ralts had Confuse Ray as an Egg Move, and I sent him in at Lvl1. By the time I took him out, he's lvl82, and Confuse Ray logically was not there any more. HOWEVER, all Eggs that he... Churned out while he was still in the Daycare, while he was leveling up, hatched into Ralts with Confuse Ray.

Well... I think you don't need to move much...
The Egg Moves the Drowzee gets is Fire Punch, Ice Punch, and Nasty Plot. The fourth move... Is the TM move (Dazzling Gleam, Psychic, Shadow Ball)... Which I think goes to DG in the end...

... Save before you send them into the Daycare. >_>
Hatch an Egg, if the results are correct... Save. <_<

Okay. I'll start the project tonight after I pull my Phione out of the Daycare. If the test Egg is a success, I'll breed a couple more and then I'll need to send them to you when I can to trade to my AS.

Already deposited an incubator last night in preparation to hatch on foot.

Holy nuggets!?

I just did a Wonder Trade a few moments ago and sent out a level 12 Abra with Power Trick and Inner Focus ability and I got a FLIPPIN' SHINY GIRATINA from a guy from Canada! Holy... I was NOT expecting that! Much less a shiny Legendary Pokemon! But I'm keeping it!

Anyway came across a Shiny Legendary via Wonder Trade before?

Yep, it came with the Orb. I'd have to check what Zekrom and Latios were holding when they came through, and double-check my Shiny Box to see if anyone else is hiding in there.

I've gotten many Legendaries through Wonder Trade. Heatran, Ho-Oh, Verizion (all have been traded for others and because I had extras), shiny Giratina, shiny Zekrom, another Zygarde, Tornadus, THREE Latios (one shiny), Latias, and Hoopa.

Gotten so many shinies that I traded about half of them. Gotten plenty of decent evolved Pokemon, including a shiny Arcanine, shiny Froslass, shiny Conkledurr, Garchomp (traded it), a bunch of Xatu (traded most), shiny Graveler (it was a poo ball, and it evolved and I traded it), another Arcanine (traded it), I've gotten every starter, including evolved forms and two shiny Snivy, gotten Pokemon with Egg Moves, Hidden Abilities, perfect stats, and tonight got me an Umbreon!

Oh, and perhaps the weirdest trade that truly signifies how my Wonder Trade luck runs (not counting Hoopa)...

I got one of my own traded Drowzee back.
