Arche placed his katanas beside the bed and began to remove his body armor. However, as he did this, his finger caught underneath his shirt and it lifted up, revealing the numerous scars on his chest.
"Ah...!" Phi seemed startled by seeing his scarred skin.
"Hm? What is it?" He asked.
"Oh, it's just I never knew you had so many... scars and cuts," She replied, "Did you get those from..."
Arche nodded, "Yeah, these are from my past as Superdee. I have a few more on my back, too," He took off his shirt.
Phi immediately turned her head away, her eyes darting back and forth away from his view.
"Um... Phi?"
"Wh-What is it?" She said, still turned away from him.
Arche scratched his head, "Why did you just... wait, have you never seen a man's body up close before?"
Phi finally faced him, "What?! Th-that's not it! Why would you say th-that?" She awkwardly laughed, trying to focus her eyes anywhere but on Arche's chest, though she snuck a couple glances.
Arche chuckled, "Riiight, well then, like I was saying, I have some on my back, as well. But despite my hatred for my past... each of these scars are apart of who I am, as a person. They each have their stories. The secrets they would tell. My experiences, downfalls and pursuit of who I am."
Phi nodded, "You detest your past, but not the scars and pain that comes with it? That's a pretty bold statement," She stated, regaining some of her composure.
"Detest, but not regret," He explained, "Without the pain, I don't know if I would've ever found my way. The path of darkness leading to the path of light. And I probably... would've never met you or Luna."
"......."
Arche put his shirt back on, "Sorry, I didn't mean for it to get personal..."
Phi smiled lightly, "It's fine. I'm... glad you said it," She said, then cleared her throat, "A-Anyway, we should really start already. Less stripping for women, and more learning!" Phi slyly remarked.
"Heh, yes ma'am," He chuckled.
