First off, I doubt you're using the exact same model as the one in the picture, because there are a ton of revisions that are only different on the inside. Second, if I remember correctly, what you're seeing in the picture is a glitch from the first version of the black framed imac that was caused by the graphics chip not being attached properly, which is a problem that occurs on PC video cards too.

It's really just a matter of preference and what you need to use the computer for.

For Art and visual/Graphical needs, Macs are the better choice. For everything else, PC's are better.
