First one was pretty easy. But that might be because I know SMRPG.

Second one, I hadn't a clue that Kojima had a cameo in the worst Battle Network game.

Bonus is easy, but again that's from prior knowledge.

Yeah I tried to have a mix of weird trivia and somewhat common knowledge, I think it's a good mix but I don't know how well it would go with the audience.

Wow, so much has happened, and I was expecting them to struggle against the wizard (forgot his name), after watching them play games terribly right now. Looks like that'll remain lost in the translation (or whatever the correct term is).

Yeah, that was to expected. The only thing that irked me was Arin using bombs to hit a switch. I'm like, "Aww, c'mon you got a boomerang silly" yet he still uses the wrong weapon.

The Grumps seem to be pretty bad at some games. Sometimes it's [parasitic bomb] as simple as reading the instruction book, or actually listening to the in-game instructions. It IS pretty cringe worthy.

X7 comes to mind. It's bad, but it's not THAT bad. They are just sucking real bad at it.

Trust me, I didn't look at the answers or I would of gotten the answer for No. 4 and 7 from the get-go (except for Z.O.E 2 and EoSD, those I know by heart). As for No. 1-3 because I didn't see those...

1. Been a while since I touched Super Mario RPG...
[spoiler=My Answer]I know there's a reference to Metroid and Final Fantasy sounded too obvious despite that Final Fantasy did get its start on the NES -- a Nintendo video game console -- and SMRPG is a collab of Square and Nintendo. I don't remember seeing a Kirby reference, but I'll go with Kirby.[/spoiler]

2. [spoiler=My Answer]Z.O.E 2 and RE4 are out of the question because I played through those and not once have I seen the man who openly insulted Uwe Boil as a talentless hack. Never played Okami or BN4, but I'll go with my gut and say BN4 even though I know he's a fan Platinum (and before they became Platinum Game, Clover Studios) which is why he wanted them to work on MGR: Revenagence.[/spoiler]

X7's issues are few.

1. the level design is kind of bland and boring. this is most apparent in the 2D sections.

2. The characters feel kind of sluggish and slow. Dashing doesn't make you feel any faster.

3. The physics are broken on dash wall kicking, making it unusable. Also, knockdown. There was absolutely NO need for that.

4. Certain moves that work in 2D don't translate well to 3D, and vice versa.

5. Axl's gameplay. He really does feel like an X clone with a copy ability. He doesn't rapid fire by default either, (you need a turbo controller for that) so he's essentially X without a charge ability. His copy ability is also more trouble than it's worth. To it's credit though, you CAN actually gain abilities from most types of enemies, even if you do not transform into them. Something X8 discarded in favor of just a better functioning copy shot.

None of them are particularly game breaking, although together they make a sub-par game. Any Mega Man player worth their salt should have no problem with beating X7.

Well technically, there is one instance where you might have to use bombs on that switch. If you want to walk to the north area again faster or walking to the right. Either way, a boomerang is fine too. ^^
