I used to drink nonfat milk...until I found out how bland it was to milk containing any percentage of fat.

I since started liking soy milk, only drinking regular milk when I run out late into the evening. Silk Light is my favorite if only because it tastes better than regular Silk.

2% milk for me, as well. And only a certain brand. Rutter's milk stays fresher in my fridge for longer.

Skim is fine for cooking or in cereal, but I don't like drinking it straight. Like watered-down milk.

I have never tried soy milk and I refuse to drink almond milk, because I find the idea behind almond milk to be weird. I've tried goat milk before. Thick, thick, THICK. Like drinking yogurt.

Seriously don't, it tastes bland one second and the next nasty almond after taste!

I also heard there's almond cheese.
