mm4 has one of the best wily battle themes

and the only representation i've seen of it arrangement-wise is on the Rockman ROCK album that just came out

About Megaman 4, i too think that it have an really good Soundtrack, if not, between it and Megaman 2 and 6, i really get a problem to choose the best.
