Chainsaw is banned. (MadWorld, Gears of War, RE4 & 5, etc.)

How about retractable cleets with which the main character punts exploding soccer balls?

I don't think there has been a hermaphrodite as a main character yet. Or a pregnant woman.

You play as a toddler bent on domination, but before you can do that, you must overthrow your father who currently rules the world peacefully. Your only weapon is your teeth, and you use breastmilk for healthpacks. Your only ride is your trusty dog generically named Curtis, however, meet a infantile superstar who the toddler was swooned by, however, your parents catch on to you and you must start from the state of Missisipi, and make your way back to Washington for the final conflict, however, he's not there.

So, make your journey to Area 51 and beat your father there. Bite your way through, cut through the dangers of Missisipi and back and claim your rightful place as world leader.

The protagonist has an ordinary hairstyle and is not a sex magnet.

Random NPCs don't talk to you if they don't know you, nor leave their homes unlocked.

No swords, no guns, no magic, no unrealistic martial arts, no explosions, normal colored and non-spiky hair, no fiction/science fiction elemnts.

This reminds me of that poor kid at my school, one of his legs is just a blue chrome pole and he has to walk on cruches.
