Ive seen several project, mostly Spikeman's translation of it.
Seriously, this thing is as hidden as a copy of ... something... not the point here.
What i wanna ask if there is any active project of this game being translated at the current time or why people have just given up translating it.
It's a good game. So why give up on it?
Because it's Battle Network, unfourtunately. I can understand due to time, but some folks in the community as a whole don't like Battle Network. They accepted a red-claid bishie (ZERO) with a side of chicks and lolis (looking at you, ZX! 8D) as a rockman spinoff, but this is just silly that all some want are platforming and legends but nothing else. before legends, it was the same way too. :\
I always wanted to play this game. Seriously, you can play as an array of other navis. It adds some extra cool to the game
I'm gonna learn Japanese so I can play this game, without half-finished translations.
Ok, Ill admit, I want it to play as Forte.

Good luck with that.
Anyway. I played this game, and beat it using Forte. I was helping myself with a guide from gamesfaq. You guys might check that out if you want to play.
Then I played with my friend using no$gba, few times from the beginning. I was using Plantman, he favors fire, so Fireman.
It was awesome.
This game was awesome as it was without the Battle Chip Gate gimmick. Merge this with Battle Chip Challenge and you'd have the ultimate Navi simulator.
Um, it's even more ultimate if you DID own the Battle Chip Gate or the Beast Link Gate for EXE 6. ^^
Why all the good stuff remians in japan!?!?! WHYYYYY!!!!?!?!?! Curse you CRAPCOM CURSE YOU!!!!!!
On another, less dramatic note, i liked a lot that all the navy themes are remastered tracks of their NES versions.
It's because the game is [parasitic bomb], that's why it wasn't localized.
Not that hard to understand.
lol navy themes.

lol navy themes.
I liked how they remixed the classic RM stage themes. It was a nice touch
It was, but I was commenting on the typo.
Come on, people.
