Take ibuprofen for the pain, and use hot and cold packs to help reduce inflammation, and elevate your arm.  Get one of those tennis elbow braces and wear it, as it will help reduce the stress on the tendon.

So my mom expressed surprise that the 2 duck got all the way to the food court before I told her that I have seen ducks at the College of Agriculture, which is considerably farther than the food court and I have seen them cross the street, even going so far as to use the cross walk, quite often.

I'm just glad nothing weirder happened, like the incident that will make certain people I know shake their heads whenever the phrase '[tornado fang]ing ducks' is uttered.  Especially since it was a male and female duck.
