Though I'm pretty certain AC Moore has them in stock. It's a decent drive from where I live.

In fact, the Sakura/Pema drawing was the product of those pens. First time I used them.

Are Hobby stores hard to find in the big city, I wouldn't be surprised by that really.

Most art supply stores will carry them. If you have a locally-owned art store, possibly around any galleries, they should have them. Check with art schools and college bookstores. You can also get them through Staples.

Unlike Copic markers (OH GOD I WAAAAAAAAANNNNNNNNNT), Pigma pens are far easier to find. If I can get them regularly around Gettysburg, you should be able to get them in NYC without a problem.

Not at all.

You can find many of those stores here, however, some of them have really shoddy customer service; particularly Michaels.

Oh yeah, there's a shitload of Staples locations here.

Never heard of Copic markers. Are they expensive?

Holy [parasitic bomb] yes. A decent set of more than three markers will easily run you at least $100. My local Michael's keeps them under lock and key. Prismacolor markers are a bargain by comparison.

Hmm yeah I can understand that, I can recall a few times when I tried to ask for help but didn't know what exactly I was looking for sometimes.

Huh for some reason the Facebook page of my high school was merged with another high school page from a high school that's not even that close to my old school. Weird.
