The bowlig alley added a prize counter and redemption games to their arcade.

Guess they're trying to "me too" Action City, they already had the pizza.

Almost every bowling alley and skating rink I've been to has had a small arcade and redemption counter. They also all serve pizza. It's practically a given. I've been to three different bowling alleys recently, and they were all like that.

Granted, when I was a kid, Thunderhead Bowl wasn't like that and Mary Jane Roller Rink didn't have an arcade, but they still served pizza.

One of the bowling alleys I've been to had a pool hall! Too bad I didn't know and didn't bring my cue.

Some day... some day I'll go shoot pool again... I'm so out of practice, and at some point, I'll need to repair my cue. It's starting to get cracks along the shaft.

Yeah they've had the arcade games, bar and pizza but the redemption games and prize counter are new.
I mean, they have a few of those prize games that are rigged against you as well but they've always had those.

The roller rink out by the DMV has had a small arcade (+ prize counter) and birthday party room thing since forever though.

They also have that Mario Kart arcade game (the first one I think) and had a Neo-Geo machine for ages so yeah.

There was an arcade out in Atlantic City with a multi-game cabinet that had Power Battles on it. I thought that was pretty cool.

Our theater used to have Star Wars Arcade, but they've replaced the cabinet with something else. They got a DDR cabinet, though. Another local arcade used to have Final Furlough.

So, on TFN, Goodwood's mentioned a few times how he's been involved in a singing group, and basically singing his own praises about his singing.

I've heard him sing. He thinks he's a tenor (he's not) and sings in the wrong key, and is off-key, and his voice cracks and squawks like a goat giving birth.

I honestly don't know.

But yes, his singing is terrible and he's deluded into thinking that he's great, which makes it even more embarrassing when he sings.

My main concern with skiing is not necessarily how terrible I'll be (that's a given. I've only skied twice before), but how it'll affect my busted foot. The ski boot will splint it fine, so I'm not worried about that. It's afterward.

I could go cartwheeling down the slope and my foot would be fine. However, since you ski by leaning forward on the balls of your feet, and you keep your balance over your toes, I may end up rolling my foot and putting too much pressure on it.

And due to how tight the boot is, I won't notice a damn thing until I take my foot out of it.

Speaking of which, I'll need to find my boot socks...
