Thank you, anyway I was outsourced by Kaiser to Beacon Health Options but didn't receive a call from them for a week.
Turns out it was because of our Home Phone issue with Frontier Communications so I called them and gave them my Cell Number, since apparently that wasn't on record for some bizarre reason, so they have a better way to contact me. I'll figure out this Frontier business either later today or tomorrow since that's an issue that needs to be fixed but at least I do have better information to give them besides 'hey our phones have this dial tone an are not ringing'.
I also need to call our security system company about that beeping problem we had for years, though I hope they can deal with severely outdated systems. I think we've had our system since I was 5......god that thing is almost 20 years old........
I really get nervous dealing with customer service for some reason, because I really need to learn where all the boxes are and I still don't know, but with my mostly deaf Mom who doesn't like talking on the phone I have to do it, and it's good practice for Adulting duties..........
