So now, my lappie can't play YouTube videos of more than 15 minutes long before lappie force shutdowns.

In the past, I can watch hours before this happens. I guess lappie is slowly... This is getting WAY too frequent.

That's a good, long life for a laptop. If nothing else you COULD breathe a bit of life into it by backing up important files and reinstalling the OS.

Since it's a laptop you should be able to just burn a new OS disk with a generic image. (Or use a USB stick.) Microsoft provides a service where you can create new media for Win 7/8/10 from what I understand. Your product key SHOULD be stored on your motherboard (or on a sticker on the laptop) so you can reinstall just fine.

nobody told me 2hu #1 on PC-98 was [tornado fang]ing breakout

But yeah, generic image is best tbh. When I got my laptop it was slow as [parasitic bomb] after a few months. Went ahead and uninstalled Windows with all the Toshiba bloatware and reinstalled it with a generic image, it automatically entered the product key from the motherboard while it was installing, and it hasn't slowed down since.

If you're starting with PC-98 then, 5 is the easiest. Even I've 1cc'd it. 3 also isn't too bad since it's a vs. style and you can just play as the OP final boss from the start.

Pfft. I mostly just play the multiplayer spin-offs which consist of fighters, something I can't do basic combo inputs in.

I'll take on any of y'all in 9 though. If the netplay works.

TH09 is the one that plays like Twinkle Star Sprites, right? I mainly play the pre-Hopeless Masquerade fighters and sometimes getting wrecked in Embodiment of Scarlet Devil.
