You're not alone in that regard. Have you tried getting yourself into a routine of leaving the house on at least a weekly basis? I've been getting into the habit of doing that because staring at the same four walls day in and day out aggravates my depression.

Makes three of us. Working the register at the grocery store I work at helps, but honestly it's coming here that makes the day bearable whenever I'm feeling down.

D and D is over, we're being attacked by Cerberus because our new party member is a Cat Prince. Cerberus ate all the cats. Also the evil Dwarf Cleric had to drop. Also Assassin made a blood deal to read a book, it left him with a parasite of some sort.

Dragon [tornado fang]er is still a ghost, he died (?) last session, but the characters don't know that yet.

This DM is evil.

Even just taking a long walk outside and getting fresh air. Hell, I've been trying to make a habit of going over to my dad's once a week and just hang out. It's not the best of solutions and I'm looking into local employment and/or taking some classes, but just getting out of the house for a few hours helps.

Today, I decided to walk into town. Got a taper kit to start stretching my ears and some heavy-duty ear-cleaner. Made an afternoon of it. I'll be walking home in the dark, but that's fine. The rest of this week will be rainy, so it's nice to get out while the weather's nice.

I agree. I work evenings five days a week, but on my time away from work I'll often go for a wander around the village I live after tea (dinner?) if the weather's nice. Happens more often in the summer, though. I'm not too fond of the cold.

So, I wanna start stretching my ear lobes, and I went out and got a taper kit. I also got some fake plugs to wear because I have no other earrings at the moment. Good thing I got them because my left ear is infected and when I pushed the earring through, a big ball of pus came out.

So, now I'm wearing fake plugs just to keep that hole from closing up again.

My ear stopped hurting!

Gonna wait until this weekend to start putting in tapers. The infection needs to clear up and that nuclear-strength cleanser will take care of that. I also realized a bit too late that my ears need good lube for the tapers.

Any suggestions for piercing lube?

I've seen coconut oil suggested as lube, along with classic surgilube that they use in hospitals. May try the coconut oil. When I get the first tapers in, I'll show you my painful progress!

So some more Undertale related stuff

[spoiler]I found out there was a Nastablook booth in Magfest and everyone who went there laided down on the ground for an hour feeling like garbage. On the one hand that is some major dedication on the other hand I'm curious about how many actually went and how big that room was to allow that.

I also wonder if they felt the universe.[/spoiler]

On the earring front, the infection in my left ear is clearing up. The earring doesn't stick quite as much when I turn it. I was able to sleep while wearing earrings and not wake up with my earlobe encrusted with pus!

They mostly show up at night, but when I have guests over or get home late and they have my spot, it's irritating.
