[spoiler]I absolutely love the foreshadowing in Alone Together, where Garnet is unusually ecstatic that Steven fused with Connie and called her "not one or two people, but an experience".

I found her reaction a bit strange back then. But now I realize that not only is Stevonnie a fusion, but also a product of love. That's why Garnet in particular was so thrilled, because Stevonnie is like a mirror of herself.

Actually, I think SU foreshadowed Garnet being a fusion a few other times, too.[/spoiler]

Is Steven Universe really that good? I've been wondering about it for a little while, but I always have such negative bias toward American cartoons. Then again, I was really surprised by how good Gravity Falls was when I gave that a shot.

Steven Universe starts off weird, but it's worth sticking around for and keep watching. It gets a lot better.

Especially since each episode is only about 11 minutes long, you can watch at your own pace. By the end of the first season, I realized Rebecca made something special.

Oh, is it like Adventure Time in that regard? I still haven't watched that one, either... I watched the first episode and it was a bit too random for me--and that's saying something.

Adventure Time gets a lot better after season 1, but yeah Steven Universe seems pretty good and has amazing LGTB appeal among other things if you're into that, but I haven't gotten around to watching it myself. I just hear alot of things.

Please watch SU. It won't be amazing right off the bat like Gravity Falls, but it steadily gets better.

I only watched a couple episodes of Adventure Time, but I did like what I saw. As far as I can tell, some AT episodes have meaningful messages to them, which in that case, SU is the same way.
