Ugh, today was exhausting. My niece had a huge birthday party. Tons of kids over and tons of people, and I'm worn out. Thank goodness I got in a nap after the blood drive.

I drank some coffee several hours ago to get rid of a headache, and now it kicked in. I could use this caffeine high to work on more sprites, but I need to go to bed. Need to run to the store in the morning for milk.

Having fun at the beach, water is a nice temperature. A friend of mind has been digging a hole to bury people, he managed to hit water until the side collapsed.

I've heard nothing but praise for Gunstar Heroes, and from what I've seen, it does look damn cool and very Contra-esque.

I guess I'll bite and get the 3D Classics version from the eShop.

Seriously Gunstar Heroes is awesome but it's even better when you have a friend.

Also I hit my foot on a spike but it's okay and I made a sand kitty. I'll post a picture of the sand kitty later.

It was the game that put Treasure on the map, and really pushes what the Genesis can do (even porting it to the 3DS was a challenge). It's fun, and, like Sakura mentioned, it's even better with a friend.

Yeah they did a ton of crazy stuff in that game, rotating sprites, the running man boss, heck 7 force is pretty insane too.

Hmm, I think I'm leaning towards the Steam verison, since it's cheaper. That, or I'll wait for the 3D Classics sale.

I want it, but I do have other games in my backlog.
