((I don't know the one you "Axed" for help is likely dead now too =P You character is well suited for dealing with these types of enemies I'd say.))

Reva seems to be out cold from the blow, and with the Iron Giant now free to turn it's attention to Serah it begins to reach for the Sword Mage with it's free hand.

Freyr dodges the spear and attempts to find an opening, but merely meets the shield. He gets parried away, and the beast lunges in with the spear. Taking the opportunity, Freyr swings at the beast's exposed arm.

-Freyr's cut strikes true and takes a rather nasty chunk of it's spear arm forcing the weapon to the ground and giving him a chance to bring it down.

"Your life is forfeit," Freyr says as he strikes through the neck of the beast. He quickly takes a backstep as a Zweihander clangs loudly on the spot where he was.

((Reva does have a few healing items on her for her travels, a few potions, a couple of antidotes, eye drops and the such since she lacks any form of magic outside her mysterious blade that clearly won't be important later.

Too bad she's down below and KO'd.))

Luna ran up to the giant to provide distraction, but didn't make it in time to stop Reva from being knocked out cold, "NO, REVA!" She thrusted her blade into the gap of the giant's armor. He groaned out in pain and took his focus off of Sarah, directing it towards Luna instead. The giant swung his blade at her, which she rolled out of the way in time.

Luna dashed towards Reva's unconscious body and placed a gentle hand on her forehead, "Curaga!" She yelled as a green light cascaded Reva. Luna had to be careful not to use powerful spells like Curaga too often, for the sake of preserving her energy.

"Please, Reva, wake up!"

With Luna's distraction Sarah was able to get to the giant's neck and plunged her electrified blade into a gap in his armor.

"Ugh..." Reva groaned every bone in her body aching at once from that hit and while she still found it hard to move she wasn't out cold anyone at least.

-As Serah plunged her blade into the Iron Giant's throat the giant roared out in anger falling to one knee stunned from the attack, it's eyes faded for a moment and cracks in it's armor began to show as the attack clearly did some major damage, however Serah did not consider the consequences of being connected to a fully metal creature hit be electricity and received a highly unpleasant shock of her own.

Sarah fell off the monster from the shock and landed on one knee herself. She remembered what Prospero said about the elemental runes and thanked her Master for carving them or else she would have been in worse shape.

"Luna......" Sarah gasped "I need some healing, the monster is not yet slain."

-The Iron Giant attempts to rise but for the moment remains stunned, both Luna and Serah notice a nice large crack in it's chest plate from the last attack.
