So first big change of note, the original premise was a pure fantasy setting. However as I have decided to start the story in a modern setting (with all four characters native to said setting), with the setting changing to more of a fantasy one once the four characters are drawn to the location the game takes place in. This won't effect characters too much-the base idea behind their old classes are still there just not as obvious outside of battle roll.
Story concept is completed-I am in the process of typing it down and fleshing out some NPCs
Taking place in a modern city the four characters are drawn to a mysterious mansion that at the stroke of midnight transforms into a massive labyrinth with doors leading whole other worlds. The Party must team up to explore these other worlds and find a way to escape the mansion before the monsters get to them while at the same time discovering the identity of the mansion's owner.
The game begins with a prologue for each of the four party members explaining their backstory and how they get caught up in the mansion incident. Aya, Sakura and Phi all attend a local highschool while PB is more or less in the know of the magic element of their world and is looking into the dark secrets of the mansion. Once all four prologues play out the party meets and the game begins proper.
Aya
----
A socially awkward shy girl who just transferred to the high school. Aya comes from a troubled family and finds herself on the reciving end of bullying on her first day of school until Sakura steps in and befriends her. Aya also begins to have nightmares of monsters and a mysterious mansion until the nightmare becomes reality and Aya finds herself trapped within the mansion.
In battle Aya fits the "White Mage" roll, her physical attacks, defense and HP are rather low but she has high MP, Magic Attack and Magic defense as well as average Agility and Luck. She equips canes as weapons.

Sakura

Sakura says what she feels, sometimes without always considering the consequences; however she is always caring towards others. Sakura despite her open confident exterior has issues making meaningful relationships and her often forward personality doesn't always help in this regard. However seeing a kindred spirit in Aya the two become friends-that is until Aya suddenly goes missing and Sakura is dragged into the true magic world around them when she is attacked by a monster and saved by the hunter PB (Need a good civie name for you PB btw
). Their search leads them to the mansion that was the focus of Aya's nightmares and the two become trapped inside as well.
Sakura is a sword knight style of fighter, possessing powerful offensive magic spells and decent physical stats, however she lack variety in magic and her spells eat through her MP reserves quickly, using her Mana Flow and Mana Dam spells are key to keeping Sakura on the offensive. Sakura wields swords as her weapon.

Little is known about this hunter of monsters-only that he is well aware of the dark world of magic that has remained hidden from the common eye for so long-while investigating the cause of monster related murders in the city he begins to track the movement of Aya a young girl with known magic potential only to arrive to late when she goes missing from her home-after saving a friend of Aya called Sakura he finds himself teaming up with the her to help Aya. A brave warrior with a love for the fairer sex and a sharp wit to match PB proves to be the parties look into all things magical-and even unlocks their latent powers so they can protect themselves within the mansion.
In battle PB acts as the tank, his high HP physical and magical defense make him hard to take down at the best of times-however his physical attack power is also rather high making him a decent damage dealer with his firearm. He like Aya possess a few healing spells but mostly focuses on buffs. He wields a magic firearm called the "Buster"

Phi I'm having some trouble coming up with a decent prologue idea for her, mind if we shoot some ideas around?
Phi is a mix of a fighter and rogue in terms of class, while she has low HP, Defense and Magic Defense her physical attack, agility and luck are all quite high. Phi acts as the party's glass cannon and has a natural high crit rate making her the strongest physical attacker. Her spells deal only light damage but inflict debilitating status effects on their enemies. She can also boost the pary's speed with Haste and her own Critical hit chances. Phi wields a knife.
