Trak immediately tended to the bottle, thankful that the cap was on. "Yes. Yes he is."

Trak nodded, helping Runaway with his weights. "Yeah, it was a huge mess. The guy was messed up, but his followers were certainly fabulous~"

Runaway glanced at the bench and considered attempting a sit-up, but instead flipped over on all fours and struggled out a pushup, waiting for a moment before working on another.

It was his obsession and fanaticism that drove him, and his methods were very, very questionable. It's one thing to feel a certain way, it's another to commit genocide to achieve your goals. That was what I didn't agree with, that obsessive fanaticism and his zealous ideals."

Runaway finished five pushups and sat on the floor to relax for a bit before doing any other exercises.

Sapph simply tapped his chin as he listened to all of this. "So that's what he was talking about..." He muttered, thinking back to when he finally got Obsidian locked away. "Seems like that nutjob had his hands in a lot of cookie jars..."

Joe watched as Runaway did various exercises. To think that an Alakazam as capable of such feats... Until he remembered someone. Shivering, he turned his gaze away from Runaway, and instead, set his eyes on the newcomer. Despite being the regional Professor, he sure looked like he had been through way more [parasitic bomb].

Deciding to change the subject... Asking no one in particular.
"So... What are your plans now?"

"Well I think we have to head to Slateport since that's the only lead I have, though there is a protest in Mauville city too so maybe something will happen there." Sakura said out loud "We have to go through the woods, to Rustboro, to the Rusturf tunnel to Verdanturf town and we'll be in Mauville and Slateport is south from there. And no Flying is not an option."

Trak walked over and crouched on the floor to assess the Alakazam's exercises. "After this, we'll do your stretches, okay?"

Runaway nodded between reps, "Oui."
