(I think it would be well groomed regardless of how well groomed he is. Remember Zoroarks can also transform into humans too.)

(Illusion is just that; the Zoroark is using its abilities to appear as another Pokemon/Human. This is basically a psychic suggestion, and it's projected to everyone around it. Essentially, what is happening is others are experiencing a mass hallucination. Thus, the Zoroark, despite how well it's groomed, can appear as well-groomed or as untidy as it pleases.)

"I'll go," Twoey offered and proceeded to draw a bath, "I'm easy."

"Sunflora Essence... Diglett and Shoulders... VS Zigzagoon... They sure have a lot of high quality shampoos..."

"Suaveine.....BioDragalge.....ah finally Tres-Dedenne!" Sakura shouted in triumph as she picked up the bottle.

"Chespin pin!" Arthur cried in triumph as he picked up the bottle of Pidove.

"You want a bath too?" Sakura asked him.

"Pin." Arthur nodded.

"Okay no problem Arthur." Sakura smiled as she pet Arthur.

"Can I get my normal polishing?" Xuangzang piped up.

"Of course." Sakura nodded.

"Thank you." Xuangzang smiled.

Joe dramatically gets shot by an invisible bullet, and slums into a corner, gasping for air.

Arthur immediately went to Joe's side and poked him repeatedly while Xuangzang should his head in amusement.

Joe's body twitched with each poke from Arthur, until he finally sat straight up, seemingly revived from the brink of death. Joe then slowly picked up the Chespin, and hugged him.

"You saved my life!"

Zoroark was staring at the scene, and for a split second, smiled.

"God dammit this is just too funny." Sakura facepalmed with a smile on her face.

"It's amazing that this is the same guy who screamed bloody murder about Mewtwo." Xuangzang thought to himself.

Meanwhile, Twoey had finished his bath and climbed out of the tub. "Done!" He grabbed a towel and began to dry off. "Told you I was easy. Tub's all yours."

Trak put on a glove brush and began to brush his fur. "Ooh, you smell good. Once the Zoroark's done, then Runaway can get in."

Runaway, meanwhile, was just watching Sakura and Joe select shampoo, while the Zoroark sat on the toilet, confused.

After putting Arthur on the ground for him to run back towards Sakura, Joe went over to where Zoroark is.

"Alright... It's time for your grooming session!"

"Fine... Fine..."

Zoroark walked over to the bathtub, and jumped nimbly into it.

Trak dug in her bag for a comb. "Let's get started with the mane." Selecting a shampoo, she soaped up her hands and crouched beside the tub, working her fingers through the coarse hair. "Give you a nice massage while we're at it."

Twoey finished his own grooming--something he preferred to do himself--and put the glove brush aside. "Love-glove is ready to go."

Runaway sat on the toilet and waited his turn.

Joe looked at the handiwork of Trak and Sakura.

"That massage sure looks nice..."
