The pizza monster grew in size as it absorbed the repulsor rays from Iron Sapph. It let out an angry roar, and began to... Eat the panicking civilians.

Iron Sapph quickly cut off his repulsors when the monster started growing. "Okay, stupid idea."

"Sir, I believe Spider Blues had a better one."

"And you waited until it started eating people to tell me?" Then he turned to Spider Blues. "Doctor Strange? Really?"

A doughy tendril wrapped itself around Py-Loki's waist and ate the child god of mischief who was completely oblivious to what was happening.

(I wouldn't think so with the citizens in there thanks to Iron Sapph not listening to the plan. More fuel for Bat-Sakura's ire when he reveals himself, and if the pizza monster explodes in goop chances are it will happen very soon.)

(Iron Sapph not hearing the plan was the direct result of me posting while the plan was being explained. =w=; )

Iron Sapph did a scan of the monster. "Hey Webhead, cover it's mouth with webbing, I have an idea." He said, rocketing skyward before starting to fly down at the pizza monster.

"Sir, what are you doing?"

"Ever heard of Jonah?"

"Oh no, not again."

With that, he flew straight into the monster's mouth.

Dr. Doom II continued to watch the doughy mayhem in the handheld.

"Zis iz indeed fun!"

He pressed some button combination that caused the pizza monster to lash out more of its doughy tendrils, although he did miss out on a hero flying straight down into the monster.
