Meowth definitely NEEDS Pay Day.

Flareon can definetly learn Flame Thrower, Super Power, Return, and Shadow Ball/Toxic.

Meowth at the moment can possibly learn Night Slash, Thunder Bolt, U-Turn, Seed Bomb.

Those are my recommendations, Move Tutors I'll treat as extra TMs.

Yeah, and then if she uses Pay Day on her male counterpart while he still has the Fool Card, he can relearn Pay Day himself which he'll have to use at least 50 times in order to make it a permanent ability for as long as he keeps using it!

Flareon can also learn Flame Charge through TM/HM!

Oh yeah Flame Charge is good too, it has less Power but it raises speed every time it's used. With Flareon's high Physical Attack she can use that well.

Mabel is definitely getting Pay Day. I was also considering Fury Swipes, as this Meowth was a stray, possibly dropped off by another trainer, and thus could know a few other moves.

You need all the money you can get at the moment.
As for the other moves, Night Slash is a definite plus, to counter against Ghosts. And Aerial Ace for Fighting-types.

For Flareon...
She's a freaking Attacker without much physical Fire to work with... Fire Fang, Flame Charge...

Do note that Frustration becomes more powerful the more the Pokemon hates it's trainer.

Return is the reverse, becoming more powerful the more the Pokemon loves it's trainer.

Y'know, Team Rocket could be a prime guinea pig for the two Pokemon you picked up so far. Considering how Jessie's being hampered by Wheel of Fortune beating facts into her skull and the doubtful words of James and Meowth, Jessie might snap and challenge Quickie to a fight just to see how worthy she is to saving Mewtwo.

I was planning to have Chariot be a temporary judge until the rest show up. If nothing else he'll at least keep the others from getting involved until either Jessie or Quickie give the okay.
