This is the first time I've ever encountered this show.
I like the music in that scene, however.
What is this show about exactly? I'm too lazy to check.
As the title suggests, it's mostly based around a land of Fairy Tale characters.
Such characters like Snow White, Maleficent, Robin Hood, Mulan (etc.). The Evil Queen casts a curse on that land, sending everyone to a world without magic: This world. A town called, Storybrooke, is created as a result of the curse, where all the fairy tale characters now inhabit. All of them lose their memories and think they are living normal, human lives. All of them except The Evil Queen and Rumpelstiltskin, forget who they are (both collaborated in bringing the curse about).
A woman named, Emma Swan, is the only person who can break the curse, and restore everyone's lost memories. Each episode focuses on a specific fairy tale character's backstory and most of them intertwine somehow.
