You know what else is interesting?

I couldn't find the source of my problem under the plastic bit that I was told to open up to fix the screen issues, so I'm pretty sure the bad connector is in the top screen area. Problem is the top screen part has no screws and is probably a [sonic slicer] to seperate and re-assemble.

The battery died or at least got very low on charge when I took it out.

The inside of the 3DS? Filthy. Somehow there was dust in there, the game card slot plastic had gunk on it, there was mysterious hair, that [tornado fang]ing white powder... took the time I had it open to clean it up a bit.

The screws were a pain in the ass to remove.

Wow that's pretty nuts.

I also decided to test out a different tablet keyboard to see how it works, layout doesn't seem uncomfortable like some of the other keyboards I downloaded.

I'll have to take some canned air to mine. Looking at it, there's holes where I could blast it clean.

Though, cleaning the screens and around the buttons is a higher priority.

I got a thermal cup at Target today and I tested it with coffee, it works pretty well and I got it clean easily.
