Foot's still sore and achy.  Off go my shoes and on goes an ice pack.  Again.

It still looks far worse than it actually feels, and it'll take time for the swelling to go down, but since I can walk on it with minimal pain and limping, then it's just bruised real good.  I confirmed that with a nurse today.

There were these 3 teenaged girls at the gym today.  Though I felt a bit annoyed by their presence, they were really talkative and I just prefer quiet, I am impressed that they were working out together. 

And then one of them proceeded to use the plate pushing machine at 100lbs while I can only do 50, and I didn't see her have resistance against it. She was also going really fast too, I don't think she was supposed to do that.

No she was really skinny, all of them were really skinny.  And their legs were like sticks, unlike my shaply thighs.

Though it was harder to tell on the plate pressing one since she was wearing muslim garbs.  The twins however were really fit.

Regardless of how much you press, you shouldn't do so very fast, as you could tear or pull something.

And I'm couch-bound this evening.  Overdid it yesterday, and today I went grocery shopping, so more walking.  I've got my foot up and am icing it occasionally.  I may put some Mineral Ice on it.

Yeah I never do it fast and she was like doing it at least twice as fast as I was.

And yes Mineral Ice would be a good idea.

In a debate on whether anti sues or mary sues are worse I have to say that I hate anti sues much more.

Yeah, I can tolerate a Mary Sue just fine.  Generally, Mary Sues become something of a fascinating specimen, and while they may have one eye-rolling quality too many, I can look beyond that if the character itself is likable. 

Anti Sues are a parody that tries too hard and becomes just irritating.

And on TFN, I made a comment on how my Pokeshaming meme on my junk blog just broke 200 notes, and how it'd be nice if my other stuff would get that kind of attention, namely the stuff that took actual effort.  Naturally, since anything even remotely related to social media is some type of infectious disease to Goodwood, he had this insight to offer.

Mom is coming back from her trip to Costa Rica, tomorrow.

My sister went with her, but she only stayed for a week, as opposed to my mom's 1 month visit. Unfortunately, my sister contracted an ear infection during her visit, causing her to hear a constant high-pitched noise in her left ear.
